Our 12-Week Wing Chun course is designed for all levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their skills. The course is broken into 12 modules, allowing you to start at any time. Each module focuses on essential techniques, with a focus on improving confidence, fitness, and mental clarity while mastering self-defense skills.

  • Class Schedule:
    • Tuesdays: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
    • Wednesdays: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM


  • Pricing Options:
    • $220 Monthly Unlimited
    • $110 for seniors/students
    • Punch Card Option: Purchase a block of 10 classes for $180. Use them at your convenience with no set schedule!

Meet Your Instructors

Our instructors, Tim and Gary, are both certified by Grand Master Ralph Hanel. With years of experience in Wing Chun and a strong hands-on teaching approach, they ensure each student receives personal guidance and attention. 


The course is influenced by traditional Wing Chun and Qi Gong, fostering both physical strength and mental clarity.

TIM SCHOFIELD

Learning Wing Chun from my Sifu, Ralph Hänel, has been an extraordinary journey. He has consistently revealed the profound simplicity at the core of this art, a simplicity that belies its depth and effectiveness.


Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive guidance and encouragement from others, and for that, I am deeply grateful. Among them, my "older brother" and long-time training partner, Gary Hughes, has been a constant source of support and inspiration.


Progress in Wing Chun is not easily quantified, but one thing is certain: every mindful moment dedicated to this art yields a lifetime of fulfillment and discovery.


Drawing on a training system developed by our Sifu, enriched by methodical attribute development and principles of traditional and modern body mechanics, I take immense joy in sharing this art with others. 


My goal is to ensure that Wing Chun continues to thrive in Vancouver—preserved authentically and practiced with genuine effectiveness.
